    Считаю, что обсуждаемый вопрос очень важен... Гораздо честнее со стороны ТТВ было бы обозначить курс как ЦБ+% , и не было бы никаких вопросов... А то начинаешь "смотреть в другую сторону"... и сравнивать.. не всегда в пользу ТТВ(((((
